David W. Brown (B. Comm. LLB)
David has been a Solicitor since 1977. He graduated from University of NSW with degrees in Law and Commerce.

Areas of practice include conveyancing, sales and purchases of businesses, probate, wills, retirement law and commercial work.

David has two children who both work at the practice. He has been living in the Hills area since 1983. David’s interests include golf, bicycling, running, supporting the Sydney Swans and entertaining family and friends.

Ian C. Thompson (BA LLB)
Ian has been admitted as a Solicitor since 1978. He graduated from Sydney University with degrees in Arts and Law and initially practised in Sydney and Parramatta. He has been working with David Brown in the Hills district since 1981 and at this firm since 1986.

His main areas of practice are conveyancing, sales and purchases of businesses, wills and powers of attorney, commercial leases, family law and retirement law.

Ian is married to Tricia and they have four children. He has been living in Baulkham Hills since 1992 and has been active in community organisations including schools, churches and soccer clubs. His present interests outside of work include sport, violin and church activities.
